Terms of Service

These terms govern the services BzadPro ("we", "us") provides to a business client ("you"). By engaging us you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide some or all of the following, as agreed with you in writing:

• Google Business Profile management — maintaining listing information, hours, photos, posts, services, and responding to reviews.
• Google Ads management — campaign setup, keyword and budget management, tracking and reporting.
• Online booking — configuring and supporting an online appointment system for your business.

The exact scope, deliverables and fees for your engagement are set out separately. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of a particular result.

2. Your account access

To manage your Google Business Profile or Google Ads we need access you grant us. You keep ownership of your accounts, listings and ad accounts at all times, and you can withdraw our access whenever you choose. We act only on the accounts and locations you have authorized.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information, and tell us when it changes.
• Hold the rights to any photos, logos, text or other material you give us to publish.
• Approve public content before we publish it, where our agreement requires approval.
• Comply with the rules of the platforms involved, including Google's policies.

4. Advertising spend

Where we manage advertising, the media spend is paid to Google and is separate from our management fee. You are responsible for the spend on your own ad account. We will not increase a budget without your agreement.

5. What we do not control

Google decides how listings rank, whether a review is removed, whether a listing is suspended, and how its advertising auctions work. Its policies and products change without notice. We will use reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee rankings, review outcomes, reinstatement of a suspended listing, ad performance, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are as stated in your agreement with us. Unpaid fees may lead us to pause work after we have told you.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and separate from that of our other clients. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data, including data accessed through Google APIs.

8. Ending the engagement

Either of us may end the engagement on the notice stated in your agreement. On termination we stop work, hand back or delete working records on request, and you remove our access to your accounts. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you.
